Great Lakes Lacquer Swatches & Review

Hello!

Today I’m sharing with you some Great Lakes Lacquer I had picked up through a destash. I know, I’m a bit obsessed with destashes but they are such a great way to try new polishes! 😁

I am totally (still!) having a strong shimmer moment so these ones are right up my alley! I love the saturation paired with the strong shimmers so much! 😍

Since this is my first time trying these, before we get into the pictures, here is some info and my thoughts on the polishes:

• the glass oval bottles are 15 ml and has the brand label and ingredients printed directly on the glass
• polishes are 5 free and cruelty-free
• the white shiny caps contain a flat wide curved brush
• the bristles are soft and easy to work with
• the formulas are smooth and apply beautifully with great coverage

Overall I can see why people love this brand – I’ll definitely be getting more in the future! 😊

Ok, let’s get into the pictures! All of my swatches are 2 coats and no top coat.

First up, Amy is a soft blue with a purple/blue/green shimmer. What’s not to love? 😍

Can You Hear Me Now? is an intense blue base with a strong purple to teal shimmer. What. A. BEAUTY!

The End is a vibrant fuchsia with an orange/purple/red shimmer. At least, that’s what it looks like to me, I could be completely off the mark but at least the pictures so off how purdy it is! 😁

And finally, Leaves in the Lake: Shimmer Version is a dark blurple with a green to red shimmer. I absolutely ADORE this one! 🥰
