Morgan Taylor Plaid Reputation Collection Swatches & Live Swatch

Today I’m sharing with you the Plaid Reputation Collection by Morgan Taylor 😊

I don’t typically have the Morgan Taylor collections but I wanted to give them a try and I thought the fall collection was the perfect collection to try since the colours are timeless and there are a couple of pretty finishes as well.

Style is always in season with the NEW Plaid Reputation Fall 2022 collection from Gelish® and Morgan Taylor®! Plaid Reputation is a retro revival that reimagines the fashionable colors and patterns from eras past. This shade range features six brand new, stunningly crafted autumnal hues. With its mix of soft neutrals balanced by ultra-rich statement shades, this collection has a little something for everyone! – Morgan Taylor

Since this is my first time reviewing this brand, here is some info and my thoughts on the polishes:

• the brand has been around for 30 years and have always been cruelty-free
• their bottles are a tapered cylindrical shape with a unique matte grey cap holding 15ml of polish
• their brushes are round, flat, and wide
• the bristles are soft and flexible providing excellent application
• their formulas are smooth and have great coverage and dry pretty quickly

Overall I am quite impressed with the polishes. 😊

Ok, keep in mind that my swatches are all 2 coats and no top coat. Let’s get into the pictures!

First up, It’s All About The Twill is a lilac grey pearl.

Tartan The Interruption is a deep scarlet creme. Such a gorgeous shade and definitely could have been a 1-coater but I did 2 coats for this swatch.

Tailored For You is a grey-blue creme. This one is so calming and pretty. 😊 Another 1-coater but I used 2 for this swatch.

Wool You Love Me? is a dusty sand creme. I’m such a sucker for a soft nude! This one is basically perfect for me 😍

Tweed Me! is a pale nude creme. Love this lighter shade. 😃

And finally, Follow Suit is a deep purple shimmer. The last 1-coater in the collection and it’s a stunner! Look at that pretty shimmer. 💕
